About Gary Arkin
Gary Arkin, owner and president of Premier Precast, is actively engaged in the company’s day-to-day operation. He readily is accessible to his management team, the craftspeople and fabricators in manufacturing, the Project Supervisors in the field and, most importantly, you, our customer! This hands-on approach encourages innovation and gives rise to many of the processes and quality control measures that have resulted in the company’s reputation for excellence.

- Mr. Arkin holds an economics degree from the University of Texas (1983), a law degree from the University of Michigan (1986) and a construction management degree from Purdue University (1990)
- He is both a licensed attorney and general contractor in the State of Florida
