FORT LAUDERDALE, FL November 11—Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter (ABC FEC) announced that 43 member companies won honors during its annual Excellence in Construction® Awards gala, held virtually this year on October 22. Premier Precast took home three awards that night in the Exterior – Masonry, Precast or Stone category. Two prestigious Eagle awards for St. Thomas Aquinas Convent and Church and, for the new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Premier Precast has also received a Pyramid award for Via Flagler Royal Poinciana project.
All three projects had unique and complicated elements that required excellent communication, team work, dedication and precision. Premier Precast demonstrated commitment to quality of work and understanding the importance of aggressive project schedules. The success of the exterior elevations on these significant projects can be attributed to the support of Premier Precast team on all levels.
The Excellence in Construction awards honors general and specialty contractors for top construction projects that have been completed in the past year. The award honors all commercial construction team members, including the contractor, owner, architect and engineer. The winning projects were judged by a panel of veteran industry professionals on complexity, teamwork, innovation and cost, among other factors.

The winners of the Eagle and Pyramid awards are eligible to submit their project in the annual ABC National Excellence in Construction Awards. Winners will be announced March 10, 2021.
